We are a small, independent project, so there is no phone line or chat, but every message is read by a person and we usually answer within a few days.
What to write to us about
- A distance that looks wrong. Tell us the two places exactly as you typed them and, if possible, the link the calculator produced (the URL updates as you add places). That lets us reproduce the result.
- A place that cannot be found. Place search relies on OpenStreetMap data. If a town or landmark is missing or lands in the wrong country, send us the name and the country and we will check the data source.
- A translation mistake. The site is available in nine languages and translations are reviewed by hand. Corrections are very welcome.
- Advertising, partnerships or press. Write to the same address with "distances.online" in the subject line.
- Privacy questions. See our Privacy Policy first; if your question is not answered there, email us.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell tickets, book trips or provide live traffic. For official flight times, airline schedules and road conditions please check the airline, your navigation app or the local road authority.
